Capitova is on-premise software. This policy covers only the limited information collected through this marketing website — the product itself stores your asset data on your own infrastructure and sends us nothing.

What we collect

If you submit the demo or newsletter form, we collect the details you provide (name, work email, company, industry and your message). We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration.

How we use it

We do not sell or share your details. We contact you only about your enquiry and, if you subscribed, occasional product and compliance updates you can opt out of at any time.

The product

Capitova runs entirely inside your network with no telemetry and no phone-home. The only outbound connections it makes are to the ERP and single-sign-on systems you configure. Your asset data and journals never reach us.
